Happy Monday!

Hope your Monday is treating you right!
It's time for another challenge at the Cards In Envy Blog. This weeks challenge is:

In the Spotlight! -  "Spotlight" an item or area on your card to make it stand out.  Most spotlight cards use a circle to spotlight the item, it can be a different color than the rest of the card which makes it really stand out.

Here is what I came up, thanks to Denise Grey for sending me a beautiful digi image to use!

Please remember that our challenge is for A2 (4.25" x 5.5") cards ONLY.  We do not accept entries for square cards AND your card must be relatively FLAT with no lumpy bumpy embellishments, bows etc.  because we want all CARDS IN ENVY to fit in a regular envy for mailing with a single first class stamp.

Hope you will stop on over to the Cards In Envy to see what the rest of the design team did with this challenge and also to play along!
Have a good day!

  6. Wow this came out beautifully. That spotlight really POPS. What an excellent example of a spotlight card. A busy image can be scary to someone but if you spotlight it, it becomes less scary and more fantastic! Well done!

  8. You did a fabulous job with your spotlight card. The busy digi image worked so well for it since it really makes the flower stand out. I love your color choices and touch of stitching.
