Wildflower Birthday card

Hey Friends!
I am back  today to share a pretty wildflower birthday card with you I have up at Dies R Us.  I used the Fancy Pants Life Is Beautiful 6x6 paper pad for this card:

I added a few layers of patterned paper and machine stitched them together. I used more patterned papers from the 6x6 paper pad to cut the wildflowers (Frantic Stamper Wildflower Die) and the sentiment (Happy Birthday).

These are the items from the store I used for my card:
I used The Best Glue Ever and No Clog Writing Cap to put my card together:

Fueled By Coffee

Hey there friends!
I am back to share a layout I have up on the ScraPerfect Blog today.
I used the Best Glue Ever, No Clog Writing Cap , the Perfect Crafting Pouch and Shimelle True Stories for this layout:

I designed my layout so I could figure out where I wanted to stamp on my page. Before I stamped, I used the Perfect Crafting Pouch and ran it across the places I wanted to stamp. This makes for a nice, crisp image.

I stamped directly on my textured cardstock:

I used the Best Glue Ever with the No Clog Writing Cap on it to apply glue:

Here are a few close ups:

I stamped the black hearts too:

I also stamped the teal coffee cups:

A close up of my title:

These are the products I used:

Visit

Hey there!
It's my day up on the Sketches In Thyme blog today to share a layout I created using the sketch.
I used the October 2017 Hip Kit Club Kit for this layout of my sister, my daughter and me while we were visiting my daughter at college her freshman year:

For my background, I layered a few patterned papers and then added some white cardstock on top so I could add some watercolors to it.

I used lots of diecuts on this page, mostly Pink Fresh. I also added some enamel stars and some chipboard. I added my journaling among the embellies:

I added some torn washi tape, more diecuts and check out those periwinkle alphas, LOVE THEM!

Here is this weeks sketch:

This was such a fun sketch to work with!
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

Hanging With My Fam

Hello!
I am sharing a layout I created for Creative Inspiration. They have a fun mini crop going on right now. My challenge is to use a family pic and scrap it. EASY PEASY!
I created this layout using the October Hip Kit Club kit:

These clouds have been sitting on my desk for sometime. I can't remember what cut file they came from. I painted them with watercolor and then added more watercolor to my background paper. I punched a butterfly and added that to my page. I fussy cut the houses from one of the papers and then added the wood strip under them to look like a street. I love that "Hanging with my fam" wood veneer and had to use it:

For my title, I used a diecut (Happy) and some alpha sticker. I added another punched butterfly:

I added some layers of papers behind my photo along with some tissue paper, scalloped border, wood veneer, a punched circle and a tag:

I love how this page turned out!
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

Scrap Happy

Hi there! Welcome to my blog!
There's a new case file up over at CSI today!
I used Echo Park- I'd Rather Be Crafting, for this layout about me:

I added watercolor to my background using the packaging technique. I cut a bunch of rectangles from patterned paper and stitched them in place:

I cut the words, "live, love and create" from papers and stitched through 2 of them and popped one up for some dimension. I added a fussy cut clock and some stickers. I popped up the frames with foam tape, added some twine and hung them from brads:

I used a sticker, foam Thickers and a fussy cut word for my title:

Here's the case file:

Free Spirit

Hey there!
I am back today to share a layout I created for Off The Rails. They have a fun mood board this month to play along with!
I used an old Clique Kit for this layout of Austin:
I used white cardstock for my background and added some  mists using the packaging technique. I cut the big circle diecut in 2 pieces and added the bigger piece on top and the smaller one on the bottom, stitching it in place:

I fussy cut the feathers from one of the papers. They were all black and white, I flipped 2 of them over so that I could have a little of the green pops of color. I added some diecuts and enamel dots and hearts throughout the layout:

I added the chipboard "Live Simply" for my title and added a chipboard arrow on top:

I fussy cut the dream catcher from a card that came in the kit. Love it!

Here's the mood board:

I love how this page came out!
Hope you will play along with us!

A Valentine

Hey there!
I just wanted to share a card with you that I have up over on the ScraPerfect blog today.
What do you use to adhere thin diecuts to your projects?
I found the perfect combo- The Best Glue Ever and the No Clog Writing Cap!
Here's my card:

See how intricate this diecut is?

See how fine the applicator tip is on the No Clog Writing Cap? It's perfect for adding glue to this diecut!

I like to pop up my embellies with craft foam and The Best Glue Ever is perfect for this. It dries(and holds) super fast!

I love how this card turned out and I love my ScraPerfect products!

Handsome

Hello again!
I am back to share a layout I created using a few challenges along with some Creative Embellishment chipboard.
I played along with the November 1st challenge at Scrap Our Stash and a challenge for Paper Issues Come Hang Out crop.

I created my background using The Distress Oxide Inks and adding water to them. I added a few wood veneer stars in with the chipboard.
I colored the stars chipboard with a few different mists and then added some machine stitching:

I colored the words using some acrylic paint:

I backed my photos with a few patterned papers from an old Echo Park boy collections. Finally I added a few mists spatters:

Here's the Scrap Our Stash challenge:
