Practical Scrappers 10 Things

Today on the Practical Scrappers blog the 10 Things team shows how to use border punches on your layouts and/or cards. I decided to use my border punch and create a frame for my photo:

    Lisa, I saw this at PS and it is fantastic! I love how you used those papers and embellishments! This is an absolute fave!
