Adventures

 Hi Everyone!

Today I am sharing my take on the Bramble Fox November scrap lift challenge. I used PhotoPlay's Let's Go collection along with some beautiful perspextives from the BF store for this travel page:

I love this yellow Adventures perspextive and used it as my title:

I added some bits and pieces from the PhotoPlay collection and also added the "blue skies & sunshine" and the "great outdoors" banners that I cut from the Paper Snips #008:

Check out this "wander" clip! It's from the Travel Clippies set. I love these!

I added some bits and pieces here as well as the "Adventure Time" circle that I cut from Paper Snips #008. I added an Epoxy Sticker to the top of it. This is a great way to make your own flair:

Christmas Mini Album

Hello!
Today I am sharing a Christmas mini album I made using lots of Creative Embellishments chipboard, acrylic snowflakes and a Recollections paper pad- Holiday Homestead.  I created the album from scratch using this YouTube video.  I used Sharpies and acrylic paints to color the chipboard pieces.
On the cover, I  used the Scribble Tree, Holly Berry Set and Jingle Bells:

On the spine, I added Merry Christmas chippy and a Holly Berry set:

Hello!

 Hi everyone!

Today I am sharing my take on sketch #542 at Sketches In Thyme. Brenda Ragsdale created this fabuolous sketch. I used papers from Graphic 45 for this page of Greg and I:

I added a few strips of patterned paper to my background. Then added the Creative Embellishments Hearts Frame that I painted with acrylic paint. I placed my photos on top and then used an American Crafts chipboard "Hello" as my title:

I hand cut some triangles to create my banners and then machine stiched them. I added a twine bow to the Graphic 45 tag and stamped the date on it. I added a few pieces (shell, bucket/shovel) of the Summer Wood Veneer from Creative Embellishments:

I also added some of the Summer Wood Veneer pieces here- the shell, surf boards and sand castle. I added a chipboard shell and added the ships wheel sticker (Dollar Store) and the star fish is from the CE Summer Wood Veneer pack:

Here is the sketch:

I hope you will play along with us this month!

Hello From Deer Camp

Hey there friends!
Here in Wisconsin, deer hunting starts next weekend.
Today I am sharing  a layout of Austin and his cousin while at family deer camp last November. Austin doesn't really like the hunting, but goes to spend time with cousins and uncles he doesn't see very often. I used lots of Creative Embellishment chippies along with an old Glitz collection from my stash for this page:

I heat embossed the Circular Twig Frame and placed that on my background. I added a few Maple Tree Seeds colored with ink and a Nuvo Glitter Marker and tucked in a few on the wreath and scattered some on my page. I fussy cut the "Hello" from a card in the Glitz collection and used that for the start of my title:

I heat embossed the Deer Head and tucked that in to the right side of the photo. I added the sticker calendar and the blue patterned paper:

I used alphas from Making Memories and the Glitz collection to finish off my title, adding a bit of machine stitching. I added a few more of the Maple Tree Seeds here as well along with a few punched stars:

I added the Tree Border to the bottom of my page and colored it using a few different ink pads. I heat embossed the deer and added that down there as well:

Austin doesn't like his picture taken, so I don't get too many of him to scrap. Needless to say, I enjoyed getting a bit grungy on this page.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

I fussy cut the blue flower from one of the papers in the Wild Garden collection. I used Black Taffy Sugar Cube and a few of the flower stamps from the Wild Garden Stamp set:

I love how the peach pops against that blue!

Too Cute, Not Spooky

 Hi paper crafters!

I have a fun Halloween layout to share with you today that I created for CSI using lots of my stash. I added watercolor to my white textured background. Once that was dry, I stamped with the Distressed Grid and Distressed Plaid Set 2 stamps from Creative Embellishments along with black ink. I tore some patterned papers, placed those on the right side of my page and added some machine stitching:

I added some strips of patterned papers behind my photos: teal and orange- Fancy Pants, striped and dotted- Echo Park, . I matted my photos on pink from Shimelle. For my title, I used: orange-Thickers, black- Echo Park, teal- Cosmo Cricket, Spooky is a MAMBI Sticker. The teal heart is a sticker from Fancy Pants:

I added a few star circle stickers and the black cat saying from Echo Park. The bats are stickers from Paper House. Boo-Yah is a MAMBI sticker. I used a spider stamp from Northwood Stamps:

I added some sequins from DCWV and brads from Queen & Co:

I fussy cut the hose from an old Rusty Pickle paper- remember them? They were popular when I first started scrapping. I added a few more stamps: Trick or Treat and Happy Halloween- both are from Savy Stamps. The fright night is a sticker from MAMBI and the 31 is from Echo Park:

I fussy cut the scalloped circle with the kitty from an Echo park paper. Trick or treat is another MAMBI sticker. Kitty is Authentique mini alphas and cat are from Making Memories:

Here's a quick look at the case file:

It feels so good to use my stash!
Plus I love how this page came out!
I hope you will play along with us this month!
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

Baby Mini Album

Hello friends!
I enjoyed creating my Country Fest Mini Album so much, that I decided to make another mini album using fabulous Creative Embellishment chipboard. This one is a baby girl theme. I used the Square Mini Album and 3 Fishtail Pennant Banners as the base for this album. Along with CE chipboard pieces, I used Echo Park Little Dreamer Girl collection. I used inks, black Sharpie and acrylic paint to color the chipboard pieces: Cover- Welcome Baby (Baby Word Set), foot prints (Baby, Baby, Baby):

I plan on giving this album as a gift, so I added photo mats. I didn't add glue to any part of embellishments or chipboard that over lap the photo mat so that they can slide photos underneath them. Page 1: Stork Set & It's A Girl Set   Page 2: Stork Set

 Page 3 & 4: Blocks & Rattle (It's A Girl Set)

Page 5: 1st Food (Milestones Word Set) & Onsie (It's A Girl Set).     Page 6: Bib & Bottle (It's A Girl Set)

Page 7 & 8: Crib & Mobile (It's A Girl Set):

Page 9 & 10: Baby & Carriage (It's A Girl Set):

Page 11: Bath Time (Baby Time Word Set) & Rubber Duck (It's A Girl Set)    Page 12: Bow & Stars (It's A Girl Set)

I left the back plain. I plan on adding the birth announcement here:

This mini was so much fun to make! I hope I have inspired you in some way. Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!
