Always & Forever

Hello scrappy friends!
I am up on the Bramble Fox blog today sharing my take on the July challenge. I used PhotoPlay Wild Love collection for this page of Greg and I:

I added some patterned papers under and around my photo. I used the "always & forever" from the Love You Always set for my title. That pink is just so pretty!

I used Fox Cut #28 along with some Distress Oxide Inks to add a bit of color on my white background. I popped up the cute bunny stickers on foam to add some dimension. I added a "XO" perspextive from the January Fox Box under it:

I also added in a few tags from Teresa Collins, chipboard word phrase from Becky Higgins, clear rose stickers from Paper Studios and the "some kind of wonderful" snip from Paper Snips #001:

I added another chipboard word from Becky Higgins, a sticker from Photoplay and a few Valentine Hearts perspextives. These are absolutely awesome!

Here is the challenge:

I hope you will play along with us.
I had a blast creating this layout and I love how it came out!

A Mothers Love...

Hello there!
I am back to share a layout with you that I created for Creative Embellishments.  I rarely get pics of just my Mom and me together, so last Christmas I had my sister take a bunch of us. I originally bought the title piece to do a layout of my kids and I- I may get another one and do just that! Here's my Mom and me layout:

You probably can't tell because I covered most of it up, but I used a heart mask and used the Distressed Chevron Stamp and black ink to stamp on my background. Then I took the Starbust Stencil and added Distressed Oxide Ink through it. Finally, I added spatters. I added a frame, tags and stickers under and around my photo.  I colored the "A Mothers Love..." title piece with a black Sharpie and acrylic paints. I popped it up with craft foam:

I used Crate Paper and tucked in some of their embellies for this layout:

I added some gold string to my tags. I tucked in a few hearts and the pink and gold "love":

I colored the Mom Shaker 2 with the black Sharpie and the same paints. I filled the shaker with sequins from my stash:

I love how this page came out and will treasure it!
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

Friends Are Like...

Hey there scrappy friends!
I am back to share another layout with you that I created for Creative Embellishments. I loved the Friends Are Like... title piece as soon as I saw it and had to use it on this page of my hubby and I and some of our close friends:

I used Paper house Productions Color Ways from my stash and added lots of machine stitching. I colored the title- Friends Are Like... with a black Sharpie and a Nuvo Glitter Marker. I added some silver puffy stickers from Paper House along with some white and silver rub-ons:

We were on a day trip so I thought I could get by with using the Round Distressed Stamp. I colored that with the same markers:

I needed something in the upper left corner of my photo, so I tucked in a piece of Flourish 27, colored the same. I finished the page off with some white acrylic paint spatters:

What do you think of that title piece? I love it! I had a blast sharing this page with you.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

Let Freedom Ring

Hi there friends!
I hope you all had a fun and safe 4th of July!
I am back to share a 4th of July layout with you that I created for Creative Embellishments. I took this selfie of Greg and I last year on the 4th:

I used papers and stickers from Paper House Productions and paired them with some fun CE chipboard. I added blue and red ink to the Fireworks 2. Then topped it off with some gold from a Nuvo Glitter Marker and a navy pearl bling. I added in some banner word stickers along with some Mirror Acrylic Stars in gold:

I fussy cut the "let freedom ring" and added a fussy cut arrow popped up with foam tape. I added another Mirror Acrylic Gold Star along with some star puffy stickers:

I added a Stars & Stripe Banner under my photo. I also added a Firework. I used inks and the Nuvo Glitter Marker on these as well. I added a few Tim Holtz word sticker phrases, pearls, the date and more stars:

I had a blast creating this fun page of Greg and I. I hope I have inspired you in some way. Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

Sweat Treat

 Hey there Scrappy friends!

Have you seen the July case files for CSI? If not go to their Facebook page and check them out- they are fabulous!

I used my stash to create this fun summer page:

I added watercolor to my backgound. Then hand cut some triangles in different papers:
Carta Bella- yellow
Jen Hatfield- blue
Maggie Holmes- pink and pink & blue
I added a chipboard bow from Maggie Holmes and fussy cut some pinwheels from an Echo Park paper:

I fussy cut the banner and ice cream cone from an Echo Park paper. The chipboard ice cream cone is from Maggie Holmes. The "chill out" sticker is Echo Park:

Check out that cute ice cream stand bike, I love it! It's from Echo Park as well. For my title, the "sweet" chipbaord piece is from Maggie Holmes and the 'treat' alphas are from PinkFresh:

Here's a closer look at the bottom triangles:
