Hey/ Richard Garay 88 and Clear

 Hey there scrappy friends!

Just wanted to pop in and share a layout that I created for Richard Garay 88 and Clear. I am loving the Sugar Cubes and stamps from there!

I made watercolors from the Rich Honey, Rich Tangerine, Sweet Cane and Rich Cactus Sugar Cubes and used the packaging technique to create my background. I used the Sweater Weather Digital Stamp set and stamped the images with the Black Taffy Sugar Cube. I colored the leaves from the set with watercolor pencils. The "Count Your Blessings" was colored with the Rich Tangerine Sugar Cube:

I layered papers under my photo. The brown is from One Canoe Two. The green striped is Heidi Swapp.

I added in some Hip Kit Club acetate and wood veneer leaves:

I love how colorful this fall layout came out!
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

Live In The Moment

Hello crafty friends! Hope you are healthy and safe in this crazy time.

I have a pretty layout to share with you today using some awesome Creative Embellishment chipboard pieces and Cocoa Vanilla Wild At Heart collection:

I added watercolor to my white background. For my title, I used the Live In The Moment chipboard piece. These word phrase pieces make awesome titles! I used Heidi Swapp mist to color it:

I added a few layers behind my photo and then popped it up with foam. I tucked in some fussy cut flowers, butterflies and a few pieces of Purple Plant also colored with the same mist:

Here's another piece of the Purple Plant tucked in among the fussy cut flowers:

I love how this page came out! I guess I am partial to chipboard and fussy cut flowers, they always make a perfect combination in my book, lol! Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

Us

 Hey friends!

Today I am sharing a layout created for CSI using cold case file #338. This is a stash busting challenge.

Here's my layout:

I used a lot of Crate Paper Close Knit collection for this page. The background paper & peach paper are from Robin's Nest. I rubbed Tim Holtz Distressed Ink (Antique Linen) on the background paper to distress it.

I used lots of chipboard and a few other embellies from the Close Knit collection. I used some old Jenni Bowlin alphas for my title.  (those have to be at least 20 years old?)

I added an Evalicious puffy sticker from my stash to my photo and added a fussy cut red flower and more chipboard embellies:

Check out the case file on the CSI Facebook page and play along with us this month. There are som fabulous prizes up for grabs!

Camping Girls

 Hello!

Today I am sharing a camping layout that I created for Richard Garay 88 and Clear and a cut file, but for the life of me, can't remember and after searching, I could not find who to give credit to. If I ever figure it out, I will be sure to. Here's my layout:

I  added clear Gesso to my background and then made watercolors out of the Sour Crush Sugar Cube and used the packaging technique to put on my background. I cut the cut file out of textured white card stock. I made watercolors out of Rich Blueberry, Rich Cactus, Rich Tangerine and Sweet Cane Sugar Cubes and used those to color the cut file:

I used the Camp Out Stamp Set and stamped the images (small trees, tents, lantern and "Happy Trails" in Black Taffy Sugar Cube

I added a few stickers from my stash. I also added some machine stitching around the heart:

I had a blast creating this fun page! I love adding some stamped images to my layouts!
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

The Happy Season

Hey there creative friends!
I would like to share a holiday layout of Sierra and I with you. I used a fun shaker from the Creative Embellishments store for this pretty page:

I used the Snowflake Shaker and Pretty Little Studio Glitter and Ice collection. I added Gesso to the shaker and then added a layer of white acrylic paint. I added BoBunny Glitter Paste to the top layer to add some texture and sparkle. I filled the shaker with Buttons Galore and More December Dream Sparkletz and 28 & Lilac Lane Snow Day Buttons, beads and sequins. Check out the gorgeousness:

I added some diecut snowflakes from my stash along with some Glitter & Ice diecut flowers:

I was inspired to used the shaker when I saw the big snowflake behind us in the photo:

I added my title and journaling along with another snowflake in the upper left corner of the layout:

Have you seen all the shakers in the store? There are so many to choose from! Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

I am back to share a fall layout created for the November challenge at Creative Embellishments. I love playing with their chipboard and there are so many pieces to choose from. Here's my page:

I applied mists to my background using the packaging technique. I used acrylic paints to color the Autumn Frame and placed 2 wallet sized photos in it. I also added acrylic paint to the Leaves and Rake and added those to my page:

I used a variety of alphas for my title. The orange and brown are from the PhotoPlay Autumn Day collection.

Check out those gorgeous leaves! I love how they came out:
