Camping In A Winter Wonderland

 Hey there friends!

Have you seen the January case files at CSI yet? They are awesome and so inspiring! We would love to have you play along with us!

Here's my take on case file #379 :

For my background, I applied Distress Oxide Inks through the Snowflake Stencil from Creative Embellishments. I added patterned paper from Pretty Little Studio Glitter and Ice collection behind my photos. I used foam Thickers and a diecut from Pretty Little Studio Glitter & Ice for my title:

I added a few more diecuts from PLS along with some Echo Park stickers. To the inside of a few of my snowflakes, I used Buttons Galore Icicle Sparkletz:

I added some tree stickers, branches and "Bundle up"  from Echo Park and that cute bear is from PLS:

I love how this page came out!
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

Stay Cozy

Happy New Year Friends!

Today I am sharing a layout created for CSI using case file #342. I was inspired by the colors and winter theme and used lots of stash on this page:

For my background, I used the Fairy Dust Stencil from Creative Embellishments and added modeling paste. Then I added some watercolor. The "Tis the Season To Be Freezin'" is from an old Hip Kit Club:

Under my photo, I added a handmade tag cut cut from a Pretty Little Studios paper. I also added a vellum paper from Paper House. I added a mistletoe and a cup from Pretty Little Studio. To the right of the photo, I used a Whisker Graphics envelope and tucked in a Whisker Graphic's tag for my journaling. On top, I added another tag cut from Pretty Little Studios paper, some tangled silver thread, a snowman, arrow and snowflake:

To the left of the photo, I added another tag cut from a Pretty Little Studio paper. I layered in some tissue paper, the red polka dot paper from PLS, a snowflake and tree from Hip Kit. I also added the racoon, "Baby it's cold outside and a label from PLS. I added fibers and twine from my stash:

I added another label from PLS below my photo and tucked in another snowflake, silver thread, another tree, a heart and a star along with my title "Be Cozy":

I love how this page came out!

The Happy Season

Hey there creative friends!
I would like to share a holiday layout of Sierra and I with you. I used a fun shaker from the Creative Embellishments store for this pretty page:

I used the Snowflake Shaker and Pretty Little Studio Glitter and Ice collection. I added Gesso to the shaker and then added a layer of white acrylic paint. I added BoBunny Glitter Paste to the top layer to add some texture and sparkle. I filled the shaker with Buttons Galore and More December Dream Sparkletz and 28 & Lilac Lane Snow Day Buttons, beads and sequins. Check out the gorgeousness:

I added some diecut snowflakes from my stash along with some Glitter & Ice diecut flowers:

I was inspired to used the shaker when I saw the big snowflake behind us in the photo:

I added my title and journaling along with another snowflake in the upper left corner of the layout:

Have you seen all the shakers in the store? There are so many to choose from! Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

True Friends

Hello!
I am back to share a layout with you that I created for Creative Embellishments.
This photo is of myself and a very good friend of mine from school. We lost touch for many years but several years ago decided to go camping. Although we live a few hours away from each other, we try and get a few camping trips in every year. She got remarried last summer and I was her maid of honor. I am so blessed to have her and her hubby in our lives!

I used a PinkFresh Studio patterned paper for my background. I colored the True Friends Quote with a Nuvo Glitter Marker. Check out all the sparkle:

Under my photo, I added a frame and  word phrase die cut from Pretty Little Studios. I used the Basic Alphabet Set colored with the same Nuvo Glitter Marker for my subtitle:

I fussy cut a bunch of flowers from a Dear Lizzie paper and added a strip of them down my page. I tucked in a few Delphinium colored with a Nuvo Glitter Marker:

I added a cluster on the left side of my page and included a flair from the Dream On Flair set. Finally I added lots of watercolor spatters:

I absolutely love how this page came out and it was so much fun to create! Thanks for sharing your day with me!
