Selfies

Hey friends!
I am back to share another layout I created using a Sketch-N-Scrap sketch along with Echo Park Simple Life. The last 2 falls when we have camped at South Wood County Park, we rode our bikes to Grandma Sandy's and Terry's house. Both times they weren't home, so we took a selfie in front of their house and sent it to them both times. They loved it!
Here's the page:

I added some machine stitching to some of the papers. I popped the "we will be friends forever" sticker up on foam to add some dimension.

I fussy cut some flowers and added those. I used the alpha stickers that came with the EP collection for my title:

Here's the sketch:

I love how this layout came out!
Thanks for stopping and enjoy the rest of your day!

My Final ScraPerfect Post

Hey there!
I am here today with my final post for ScraPerfect. Before I get to the layout I created for today, I would like to thank Amy, the owner and Penny, who organizes the design team, for letting me share my love of the ScraPerfect products these last few years. Thanks girls for all you have done!
Ok, now onto my layout....

I used PhotoPlay Mad Plaid Christmas along with the chipboard Spiral Tree from Creative Embellishments and place a dot of the Best Glue Ever in the stars on the tree. I used a paint brush to spread the glue around. I let it sit until the glue is clear (notice it is white after the application). Depending how thick you apply it, determines the dry time. Since, my layer was very thin, it took about 10 minutes.

Place a sheet of Transfer Foil, foil side up, on top and burnish the areas where the glue is:

This is the result. Next I added a thin layer of the Best Glue Ever to the rest of the tree. Again I let it dry until it was clear:

I placed a green Transfer Foil sheet on top and burnish it using my fingers:

Here is the end result. I love all the shimmer the foil adds!

While waiting for the glue to dry in the above steps, I created a border on my layout. I ran a thin strip of the Best Glue Ever along the edge of the border. Once again, let it dry to a clear state. The clear state, is like glue dots but only in a strip. Easiest way to add ribbon or trim to your project.

I added ribbon to mine. Finally, I added a few embellies to my page:

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

I loved this wood grained paper with the rope word love on it and used that for my title. I added some flowers from my stash:

Joy

Hey there! Merry Christmas!
I am popping in real quick today to share a Christmas layout with you.
Have you seen all the shakers in the Creative Embellishments store? There are so many to choose from! I used the November Hip Kit Club kit:

I used the Joy Shaker for my title. I colored it with Lindy's mists and filled it with some beads and sequins from Buttons Galore & More. I added a fussy cut tree on top of it and a few word phrase stickers around it:

I colored the Christmas Holly Wreath with Lindy's mists and used it to frame the photo of my Sierra and I:

This wreath is just gorgeous! Here's a close up:

This was such a fun and happy layout to create! I love the shakers, they add so much to a layout! Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful Christmas Day!

Hey friends!
Happy Monday! I just have to get through this week and then I am off until the new year! I am so excited to have some more me time!
I played along with the PinkFresh Studio December challenge over the weekend. I used Holiday Vibes and Sunshine Liquid Watercolor. This was the first time I used the watercolors, I am in love and need more! Here's my page:

I added strips of papers behind my photo and then matted my photo on a few papers. I popped it up with craft foam to give some dimension. For embellishments, I used the Puffy Stickers and Ephemera Pack with Gold Foil. I also added a few fussy cut circles and poinsettias.

Here's the challenge:

Christmas Cards for ScraPerfect

Hey there!
I am back to share some simple Christmas cards with you using ScraPerfect products and scraps of paper from the Cocoa Vanilla Tis The Season collection:

I used the green patterned paper on both cards and then added scraps and machine stitched them together.
I used the Best Glue Ever with the No Clog Writing Cap attached to add dots of glue to the snowflake diecuts:

To add dimension to my cards, I add craft foam to the back of my sentiments. I use the Best Glue Ever to adhere it to my card:

I place a dot of the Best Glue Ever to the center of the snowflake diecuts:

Then place an enamel dot on top of the glue using the Embellie Gellie. This tool makes placing small embellishments really easy:

Holly Jolly

Hey there friends!

Today I am here to share a layout with you using a fun Christmas shaker from Creative Embellishments! I used the December 2018 Hip Kit Club Kit for this fun holiday page:

We hosted a Christmas party for our friends a few years ago and played this fun  candy cane game. I used 5 photos and grouped them together and added some diecuts around them.

I colored the Xmas Shaker with Lindy's mist and added some glitter shapes in red, green and gold inside the shaker. I added a diecut gift on top:

Here's another look at the shaker:

Have you tried any of the shakers in the store? There are so many to choose from! Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

Hey there friends!
I started addressing my Christmas cards over the weekend and realized, I didn't have enough cards. So I made some more this weekend. I used a sketch from Sketch-N-Scrap and PinkFresh Holiday Vibes for this card:

I stamped the wreath and then added a gold paper bow to it. I fussy cut the small poinsettias and added them to the wreath.
Here's the sketch:
