It's my day to post the scraplift challenge over at My Scraps & More.
I lifted a layout by Heather and used Fancy Pants Flutter:

I added lots of layers:
I stitched the banner and added a yummy gold butterfly:
I added some spatters and a doily:
Love the gold heart! I also added a hand cut frame, these are so easy to make:
