Today I am sharing a few Christmas cards I made using some stash.
For my first card, I used a sketch from 52 {Christmas} Card Throwdown and challenge #39 at Christmas Card Challenges along with Echo Park Merry Christmas and came up with this:
I cut a few squares and stitched the bottom 2 in place. I added some snowflake stickers, string of light stickers and some pearl dots. The sentiment is also a sticker that i cut triangles out of to make a pennant.
My second card was for the anything goes challenge at Christmas Card Challenges:
I used Carta Bella Merry & Bright. I added a few layers and some stitching. I fussy cut the border and sentiment.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!
Great card! I love how the string of lights unifies the three panels. Thanks for joining us at 52CCT, April x

Both these cards are just super. I think the papers are lovely. I do like the string of Christmas lights. Thanks so much for playing along with 52CCT this week! Deborah, DT.
ReplyDeleteLovely sketch card, and the stitching on both gives such a finished, professional look. Although I think if I tried it'd be very wobbly and not give quite the same impression!
ReplyDeleteBright and cheerful cards with a modern fun look. I like them both very much.
