I have been working on this layout all week. With being back to work, I scrap for only a few minutes at a time during the week.
I used Amy Tan Rise & Shine and Plus One along with a Pink Paislee tab from my stash and came up with this page:
I fussy cut the flowers from one of the Amy Tan papers:
I used a few different word chippies from Creative Embellishments and colored them with 2 different inks. The first black ink I used looked gold, so then I added another black ink on top. I added some Stickles to a few of the fussy cut flowers. I also added a word phrase sticker from Tim Holtz:
I added white paint and Stickles to this Creative Embellishments butterfly chippie:
I played along with the October challenge at Creative Embellishments and was inspired by the butterflies and flowers:
I used this sketch from the Rubber Buggy:
The challenge at Creative Embellishments was to create a black and white layout. I had a hard time not adding color, but I am happy with how this page turned out.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!
