We have a few weddings this summer, so I decided to make a wedding card.

Snow Blast!

Happy Sunday Scrappy Friends!
I am doing a quick post before I head outside on this beautiful sunny day in Wisconsin!
Today I am sharing a layout I created using a Stuck?! sketch, a photo challenge at Creative Embellishments and a challenge at Turtle Soup (use embossing folders).
Here is what I came up with:

 

I ran my circles through embossing folders and then added watercolors.

I used a frame from Creative Embellishments and added black in to it:

 

I cut the word "blast" on my Cameo and ran that through an embossing folder too:

 

In these pics, you can see my stencil and modeling paste work along with  misted, stamped and drips of watercolors:

 

Here is the sketch:

 

 

 

Here is the photo I took inspiration from at Creative Embellishments. I started my layout with the colors blue, pink, brown, green and yellow like in the photo. But once I was done I wasn't happy, so that is when I added the orange to bring out the bit of orange in the photo. Love it!

Road Trip!

Hey! It's my day to post the challenge at My Scraps & More today. This month we are having a sketchathon with a new sketch being posted every day. So fun! Hope if you are not playing along, you will join in with us.

I used Amy Tangerine Plus One, a Recollections arrow, Studio Calico wood veneer stars and a cut file from Silhouette for this layout of the kids:

Go See Do

Happy Thursday Peeps!
Today I am sharing a layout that was inspired by my scrappy friend Danielle. This is also the scrap lift challenge I posted at Turtle Soup for today. I used Bella Blvd. Sunshine & Happiness. I fussy cut the sun and tree. I also added gold enamel dots from Simple Stories and a gold banner from Calico Studios:

Hello!
It's my day to post on the My Scraps & More Blog and thought I would share my layout here as well.
I used an LGS along with AC Shimelle, a Heidi Swapp tag  and words (dream & everyday) and Thickers for this layout:

Let's Go Play!

Another weekend has come and gone:( They go so fast!
Today I am sharing a card I created using October Afternoon's Sidewalk collection. This is my all time favorite collection of theirs! I know it's old but I still have some, guess I was hoarding it:) It was perfect for todays Card In Envy challenge: Child's Play- create a card for a child.

 

I love this little girl with her jump rope. Isn't she cute?!
