Another Vegas LO

Hey there!
Today I am sharing my second Vegas trip layout.
I used a Paper Issues sketch and Crate Paper Poolside and came up with this fun page:

I added some messy stitching to this piece and then added a fussy cut card and a sticker popped up with foam tape to add dimension and texture:

I love that flower paper! I added a chipboard frame, a wood button and a diecut:

I fussy cut the pink lifeguard circle from one of the papers. I added a chipboard frame, a few stickers and the flower die cut:

Here is the sketch I used:

Vegas Adventure!

Hello!
I scrapped a few layouts from my Vegas trip with the girls that we took during spring break in 2016.
I wish I would have scrapped these sooner so that I would have remembered more details.
I used a sketch from Sketch-N-Scrap for this layout along with an old Clique kit that contained a lot of the Simple Stories You Are Here collection:

I love this gold script "fun trip" and just had to include it on this page!
I added the flair that came with the kit, it was perfect!

I used the Thickers that came with the kit and fussy cut the word "Adventure" to finish off my title.

Here is the sketch:

Thanks for stopping by and have a great weekend!

Awesome Adventure!

Hello Scrappy Friends!
I played along with the November challenge over at 123 Challenge Blog. I used October Afternoon from my stash- mostly Daily Flash All Boy and came up with this fun page of Austin and Greg:

I added watercolor to my background along with a machine stitched circle in navy and a messy circle using grey thread. I added some stickers and a diecut along with some washi tape:

I popped the tag sticker up with foam and added some twine:

I used a sticker tab and alphas for my title and stitched through it:

Together

Hi there!
I am back to share another layout I created over the weekend.
I played along with the November 1st sketch over at Stuck?! Sketches using some Simple Stories stash-  Life In Color. I also added a few brown patterned papers from the We Are Family collection:

I added watercolor to create my background. I used a few of the chipboard frames from the Life in Color collection. I backed the red one with a piece of patterned paper. The "together" chipboard piece is from Creative Embellishments. I used white paint, added Stickle and then added some Shimmers to the top of it:

I did lots of fussy cutting on this page since I didn't have many embellishments from this line.

I added some stitching, a fussy cut typewriter and the other half of the red chipboard frame to the bottom of my page:

Here's Laura's sketch:

Thanks for stopping by and enjoy the rest of your day!

Typography

Hello!
I am sharing a card I created for the new challenge over at Cards In Envy. Typography- The challenge is to create a card using letters, words or sentiment as the main focus.

I used my cameo, a Silhouette cut file and Basic Grey Juniper Berry and came up with this card:

I placed a few sequins using ScraPerfect's Best Glue Ever and Embellie Gellie:

Hope you will play along with us this month!

Fall Colors

Hello!
Hope you are having a great weekend!
I had some scrappy time yesterday and created a fall layout and played along with a few challenges:

I used 2 patterned papers from AC Give Thanks, in very small doses, and lots of stash for this page. For my background, I used watercolors and the Twinkle stamp from Creative Embellishments.
I added some leaves and glittered acorns along with a cut file from Paper Issues. I used alphas from Echo Park:

I added some Gelatos to a Creative Embellishment chipboard flourish #24, cut it in 2 pieces and layered them on top of some leaves:

I colored the cut file with watercolors and added some faux stitching to my "fall"title. I also added an Echo Park sticker:

Here are the challenges I played along with:
Scrap Our Stash tic tac toe board:

I used: the color brown, fall theme and Echo Park.

Creative Embellishments November challenge:

I used a flourish and was inspired by the colors, leaves and acorns.

and

Another Freaking Scrappy Challenge Blogs November challenge:
Use words of thanks on your layout. I used the words- Be Thankful.

Happy Sunday!

Hey there Scrappy Friends!

I got a lot done this weekend, including visiting Sierra for a few hours yesterday, raking leaves, cleaning house and yes, SCRAPBOOKING!
I created this layout for a sketch challenge at Sketch-N-Scrap using the September Hip Club Kit.
I added watercolors to my background using the packaging technique. Then I added some layers under my photo along with some machine stitching:

I added a few strips of paper in the lower right corner. I added more stitching and then a few diecuts:

I love these gold alphas that came in the kit this month! They are gold and the perfect size! I added a chipboard flower piece under my photo and then added a few more diecuts, popped up with foam:

Here's a few more diecuts and a gold chipboard star:

I love how this layout came out!

Here's the sketch:

Thanks for stopping and have a great night!
