Thursday Stash

Hello!
I am up again for the Thursday stash challenge at Creative Inspiration.
Today we are using ribbon from our stash. I used a few small pieces of ribbon from my stash for this Christmas card:

I used Cocoa Vanilla Tis the Season along with some vellum from my stash as well. I love the softness the vellum adds!
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

Holly Jolly

Hey there friends!

Today I am here to share a layout with you using a fun Christmas shaker from Creative Embellishments! I used the December 2018 Hip Kit Club Kit for this fun holiday page:

We hosted a Christmas party for our friends a few years ago and played this fun  candy cane game. I used 5 photos and grouped them together and added some diecuts around them.

I colored the Xmas Shaker with Lindy's mist and added some glitter shapes in red, green and gold inside the shaker. I added a diecut gift on top:

Here's another look at the shaker:

Have you tried any of the shakers in the store? There are so many to choose from! Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

A Few More Cards

Hello again!
Here are a few more cards I created this weekend using Pink Fresh Holiday Vibes:
I created two cards using a sketch at Stick It Down:

Here's the sketch:

The last card I used the December 1st card sketch at Creative Inspiration and came up with this fun card:

Peace

Hey there friends!
I started addressing my Christmas cards over the weekend and realized, I didn't have enough cards. So I made some more this weekend. I used a sketch from Sketch-N-Scrap and PinkFresh Holiday Vibes for this card:

I stamped the wreath and then added a gold paper bow to it. I fussy cut the small poinsettias and added them to the wreath.
Here's the sketch:

Brrr!

Hey there!
I have a new layout for CSI to share with you. I used cold case file #305. This is a challenge to use your stash. I used lots of stash on this layout:

I added a few layers of paper behind my photos and then popped them up with foam:

I fussy cut the houses, birds and "lots and lots of snow" from papers. I added a few diecut mushrooms:

For my title, I did some more fussy cutting. I added some stitching and old Provo Craft rub-ons:

I added gesso and mists to my background. I created a cluster of embellies in the upper right corner:

Here is the glimpse of the case file, to see more, visit the CSI blog or Facebook group:

This was such a fun page to create!

A Gift For You Card

Hello!
It's my day to post the Thursday Stash challenge at Creative Inspiration today.
My challenge is to dig out a Christmas collection from your stash and use some of it up.
I used Fancy pants Holiday Hustle for this card:

The card front actually will hold a gift card. I only glued the black and white paper and the fussy cut gifts to the word paper so I can tuck in a gift card.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

The Tree

Hey there friends!
It's December 1st already! That means a new mood board challenge is up at Creative Embellishments!

I have to admit, when I saw the mood board for this month, I panicked! I am one of those scrappers that love color. Don't get me wrong, this mood board is gorgeous, but I love color.
I started my layout by picking some neutral papers and stickers from my stash. Then I fussy cut the flowers. I knew I wanted to use this photo of my daughter decorating the tree last year because it had the colors from the mood board in it. I also knew I wanted to use the Mesh Tree. I colored the tree with some Lindy's mists. Then added some Silver Nuvo Glimmer Paste to the circles in the tree to resemble ornaments. I added a Bow  to the top of the tree. From there it was a breeze!

I used the Falling Stars Stencil and added Liquitex Glass Beads through it. I wasn't happy with the results, so I put the stencil back on  and added the silver Nuvo Glimmer Paste.

I added the photo. Finally I tucked in some chipboard from the Poinsettia Set,  which I colored with the Lindy's mists as well, around the flowers . I finished the layout off with some stickers, pearls, punched stars and spatters.

Here's the mood board:

I love how this layout came out! See how a challenge can inspire you?!
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

Believe

Hello!
Happy December 1st!
I have a few layouts to share with you today.
The first one is for CSI case file #303. I used an old Carta Bella line- Merry & Bright for this page:

I added water color to my background. I added a few layers of patterned paper under my photo and popped it up with foam to add some dimension:

I added some stickers:

I punched a scalloped circle from patterned paper and placed it behind my photo. I added more stickers:

I added a small cluster in the lower left corner:

Together

Hey there friends!
Happy Thanksgiving! Hope you enjoy lots of family time today!
I am  back to share another layout with you using some fun Creative Embellishment chipboard. This layout is of Sierra and her boyfriend Robin in Marburg, Germany last summer:

I backed a cutfile from the Silhouette store with patterned papers from the August and September Hip Kit Club kits. Then I machine stitched around the outer edges of it. I used Heidi Swapp Color Shine and misted 4 of the roses from Rose Set 1, I had 2 sets. I used Lindy's mist to color some of the leaves from the Rose Leaves:

I created a frame from the roses and leaves under my photo. I used the together piece as my title and added some colored dots from the kit as well:

I added a heart puffy sticker from the kit on the photo. I also added some Heidi Swapp and Simple Stories stickers. Here's a closer look at it the frame I created:

I just love how this page came out and I love my frame around the photo! Thanks for stopping by and I will be back soon!
