Slide Into Vacation

 Hey there friends!

Today I am sharing my take on case file #383  at CSI. This photo of Austin going down a slide while we were camping many years ago has been sitting on my desk forever. I finally scrapped it! I used mostly stash for this page:

I tore patterned papers from Canvas Corp. (blue polka dot- 2011), BoBunny (red- 2010 and Lily B Design (yellow-2012) and added some machine stitching. I added a Simple Stories chipboard frame:

I heat embossed the slide from Creative Embellishments and placed that partially under the right side of my photo. I backed the photo with a scrap of patterned paper from BoBunny. I added a journaling sticker from Lily B Designs, the "happy" sticker from Simple Stories and a few fussy cut circles. I added the paranthesis sticker from BoBunny along with a thumbs up sticker from Simple Stories here. I used Simple Stories and October Afternoon alphas for my title:

I added stickers from Lily B Designs, BoBunny and Simple Stories  to this cluster. I also added the fussy cut star circle from BoBunny and the star diecut from Simple Stories. Finally I added water to 88 and Clear Rich Blueberry Sugar Cube and added some spatters:

I love that I used mostly stash on this page and I am happy with how it turned out!
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

Birthday Girl

Hey there!
Have you seen the CSI case files this month? If not, go take a peek and play along with us. This layout was created for cold case file #326.
I used some 2018 Hip Kit Club kits for this layout of Sierra on her birthday:

I fussy cut lemons from Maggie Holmes Flourish and Pink Paislee Pick Me Up papers. I tucked in a Maggie Holmes rosette, a Lilybee Design label and some punched butterflies:

I used an old resin frame from my stash and backed it with the yellow honeycomb paper from Lilybee. I added some Maggie Holmes Flourish bottle stickers:

The banner is from Lilybee. I added a punched butterfly with some stitching through it. I used some gold alphas from one of the kits for my title:

In this cluster of lemons, I added a lonely yellow stick pin from my stash:

Family Time

Hey friends!
Happy Monday! We have the day off of school so I am playing in my scrappy room!
I used some old Lily Bee Designs and the January sketch at Scrap Our Stash for this layout of Sierra, Greg and I in front of the big tree in Walmart:

For my title, I used a gold Thickers word along with the November 2018 alphas that came in the Hip Kit Club kit:

I traced a few circles, cut them out and then added machine stitching in white. I added faux stitching in back around the outside of the patterned paper to make the layout "pop":

Here's the sketch:

Greatest Adventure

Hello! Happy Wednesday!
Just wanted to share a layout I created using Lily B We Are Family and Fancy Pants Burlap & Bouquets. It's not very often that I mix lines, but I love how these two work together.
This photo of Sierra and Austin was taken during on family vacation to Canada.

I also added some twine, thread, watercolor, washi tape and buttons.

Enjoy the rest of your day!
